Careers

We build spaces. We build teams. The studio is only as good as the people in it.

Open-plan living space with sculptural curved walls and soft ambient lighting

culture

Slow on purpose. Precise by nature.

Built for the work, not the optics

We're a studio built around the belief that good architecture requires time — time to think, time to question, time to get it right. There's no account manager between you and the client.

benefits

The things that actually matter

What we offer

No ping pong tables. No free fruit Fridays. Just the conditions you need to do your best work.

No ping pong tables. No free fruit Fridays. Just the conditions you need to do your best work.

Space to work well, not just fast. We keep the project load manageable by design. Every person in the studio has the room to go deep on their work — to question it, refine it, and stand behind it. Rushed work doesn't leave this studio.

Time to think

See the work. See the world. Annual travel budget for site visits, study trips, and conferences.

Travel & site visits

Trust over control. Hybrid work model. The studio is where the best thinking happens, but we don't believe in presence for the sake of it. You manage your own time.

Flexible structure

Grow on purpose. Annual budget for books, courses, workshops, or tools. We expect everyone here to keep developing — and we fund it. What you learn, the studio learns.

Project Manager

Architecture is only as good as its execution — and execution requires someone who holds the whole thing together without letting quality slip. That's this role. You'll manage the flow of live projects from design handover through construction completion. That means contractor coordination, budget tracking, timeline management, client communication, and being the person in the room who knows the answer — or finds it fast. You'll work closely with designers and the lead architect, acting as the bridge between the studio and the site. This role requires someone who cares about quality as much as schedule. Someone who understands that a deadline missed is a problem, but a detail compromised is worse. What we're looking for: 3+ years of experience in project management within architecture, interior design, or construction. Solid understanding of construction processes and documentation. Experience managing contractors and subcontractors. Strong communicator — with clients, with builders, and with the studio. Polish and English required. What this is not: A purely administrative role. A position for someone who hasn't worked on physical construction projects before.

Interior Designer

We're looking for a designer who understands interior space as a complete system — not a collection of finishes layered over a floor plan. You think in proportions before you think in materials. You know why a ceiling height changes the feeling of a room, and you can articulate it to a client who doesn't. You'll work across residential and hospitality projects, from early concept through final execution. That means concept drawings, material specifications, supplier coordination, and site presence during key phases. You'll collaborate directly with the lead architect and take ownership of your projects — including the difficult conversations. What we're looking for: 3+ years of experience in interior architecture or design. Strong portfolio showing spatial thinking, not just styling. Fluency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite. Experience with material specifications and contractor coordination. Polish and English required. What this is not: A styling role. A render-production role. A position where someone else makes the decisions and you execute them.

Architectural Visualizer

We need someone who can translate a spatial idea into an image that makes a client understand — really understand — what a space will feel like before it's built. Not photorealistic for the sake of it. Accurate, atmospheric, and honest to the design intent. You'll work directly with designers from early concept stage, helping shape how ideas are communicated internally and to clients. That means everything from quick study renders to final presentation visuals. You'll have full access to the project files, the material library, and the people making the design decisions — so your work is always grounded in what's actually being built. What we're looking for: Strong portfolio showing interior architectural visualization — light, materiality, and spatial atmosphere, not just technical accuracy. Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray or Corona, and Photoshop. Experience working from architectural drawings and material specifications. Ability to work within an established design language rather than imposing your own. What this is not: A product visualization role. A position for someone who works from mood boards rather than architectural drawings.

Junior Interior Designer

Early in your career — but serious about the work. You understand that being junior doesn't mean being passive. You ask questions, you push your ideas, and you're not afraid to be wrong in front of people who know more than you. You'll assist on live projects across residential and hospitality — contributing to material research, concept development, drawing production, and site documentation. You'll work directly alongside senior designers and the lead architect, which means you'll learn fast and be expected to keep up. There's no separate junior track here. You're part of the team from day one. What we're looking for: Degree in interior architecture, interior design, or architecture. Portfolio that shows how you think spatially — student work is fine if it's strong. Working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp. Genuine curiosity about materials, proportion, and the craft of making spaces. Polish and English required. What this is not: An internship. A role for someone who wants to observe rather than contribute.
